What is agility training?
Dog agility is a popular canine sport in which a handler directs a dog through a variety of obstacles such as a tunnel, teeter-totter, tire jump, weave poles, pause table, and standard jumps. During competitive agility events, handlers attempt to navigate dogs through a course as quickly and as accurately as they can.
The athletic challenge keeps a dog fit, helps prevent obesity, increases endurance, and strengthens bones and joints. Plus, an agility course exercises a dog’s mind, giving them opportunities to learn and solve problems. Agility training isn’t just good for your dog(s), it will help you keep in shape too!
K9 Artificial Grass For Agility Training
Mr and Mrs Sampson recently had our revolutionary K9 Turf: Classic installed at their home. Mrs Sampson as three dogs who she trains in agility, so when selecting the grass for their installation there was no question K9 Turf would be the perfect fit for their lawn. Crufts
K9 turf was shown at Crufts 2020 for the first time, and it had a great success! Our friendly team was on hand for four days of the event, informing new customers about the product and how our K9 Cleaners & Zeolite Infill works. We were kept very busy, receiving many enquiries about our specialist pet friendly grass, it was brilliant to see our (brand new at the time) product garner such a positive response from an audience who love dogs just as much as our K9 team do! We are excited to attend Crufts again, showcasing an even wider range of pet friendly products, when the event resumes in 2022.
